Forget Brexit, Leeds should still be considered for European Capital of Culture 2023

Leeds is the 3^rd biggest city in the UK and it was shame to hear that it is not going to run for a European Capital of Culture in 2023. I have created this small video explaining why Leeds should still run and how great can Leeds be. Brexit affected negatively Leeds and it is shame for Leeds not to run for it. Many people got really angry with the decision of the European commission to withdraw the participation of Leeds. Please watch the video and you  will understand why Leeds is so great.
