Ha Anh Tran

Willing to position myself as a PR and Communication professional in long-term vision. I am particularly interested in working on PR campaigns for social development projects in education or agriculture areas. Graduated with an honors bachelor degree in International Business Economics, I am now doing Joint Master Program of International Communication in Netherlands and United Kingdom, focusing on equipping intercultural competencies and skills for PR, digital communication, and communications audit.

About my working experience: Over 2 years working as a journalist for the intramural magazine of my university while at the same time being a collaborator for a radio program hosted by a mobile phone network, taking charge of creating content and script. I had my first internship at a PR department of a multimedia company in 3 months, being trained for writing PR articles, creating viral content and evaluating PR campaign’s efficiency. After that I dedicated one year and a half to working as a Sales and Marketing officer in an EdTech Company, interchangeably taking on different tasks as demand to develop two new products. Managing social media channels, tracking and analyzing data, teleselling, customer consulting and market researching are my main expertises built from this experience. As a marketing officer, the Facebook page I monitored reached over 300,000 likes after 3 weeks of running; while being a sales officer, I am so proud to be recognized as a top 2 most excellent salesperson after 2 months of training.

On top of these above, some competitive skills can be seen as my advantage are problem-solving, working under high pressure, high flexibility and adaptability, working with Excel and Photoshop, being familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or team working and team managing, which I believe will be crucially necessary under any working environment.
